Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

unless otherwise stated on the item's page. Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 30 days to return the item(s). All returned items must be unused and in new condition in their original packaging including all hardware and instructional components. Items are also subject to a restocking fee. Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customer's expense. Once your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase. Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund. To request your Return Authorization Number, please follow these steps:
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Exceptions: 

Litter Kwitter – Not eligible for return and will not qualify for a credit.
Piddle Place - Not eligible for return and will not qualify for a credit.
Doggles – Must be returned in original unopened packaging and free of hair/debris or it will not qualify for a credit.

Refused Orders - Should you or your customer decide that you/they wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS or any other common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus initial shipping, return shipping and a restocking fee.

15% Restocking Fee:

Pet Beds, Dog Houses, Pet Ramps, Booster Bath, Booster Bath Ramps, Pet Gates, Crates, Cages, Pens and Kennels, Exercise Pens, Pet Barriers, Pet Strollers, Ideal Doors

12% Restock Fee

All Mr. Herzher's items.

10% Restocking Fee:

All items not listed above are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges

If an item is exchanged for a similar item of different size or color of equal or greater value the restocking fee will be waived on the original order.

Restocking Fees for Crates, Cages, Gates, Ideal Doors and Mr. Herzher's items are not eligible to be waived.

 

Shipping


We can ship at the moment only to USA,. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

UPS
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Per UPS regulations we ship all packages using their actual weight unless the dimensional weight is heavier. On our spreadsheet, we include a column for Actual Weight, UPS Ground Weight and UPS Expedited Weight. Please double check you are using the correct weight to calculate shipping charges. All UPS shipments are insured up to $100 by default. If you require more insurance, then that you must request that we declare the entire value of the order. UPS insurance rates are $0.80 for each $100.00 (or portion of $100.00) of the total value declared, with a minimum charge of $2.70. Please note that any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit in which we were not asked to declare value can only be credited up to $100.

USPS
Unlike UPS, USPS by default does not include any insurance on their shipments. We are not able to file lost or damage package claims unless you specifically ask us to insure your USPS shipment. If you do not request that we purchase insurance on a USPS shipment and that package is lost or damaged in shipment we will not be able to reimburse you for the cost of the item or shipping.

 

Insurance Rates for USPS are:
$0 - $100 = $2.65
$101 - $200 = $3.35
$201 - $300 = $4.35
$301 - $400 = $5.50
$401 - $500 = $6.65
$501 - $600 = $9.05

Damaged or Lost Packages
All damaged or lost packages will be credited once the claims process has been completed. If a customer would still like to receive an item, a new order must be placed.

Damaged Packages:

If an order is damaged in transit by UPS or USPS (insured packages) we will have to file a damaged package claim with the carrier to get reimbursed for the cost of the item + shipping. Items shipped without declared value can only be credited up to $100. To file a damaged package claim please send an email to CustomerService@PetStoresUSA.com with the information outlined below. If any of the information below is missing it may delay the claim process. Damaged package claims on average are completed 2 to 3 days after the date of inspection.

Damaged packages may need to be picked up for inspection, so please have the consignee repackage the item in the original shipping box with all the original packing materials. We will notify you whether an inspection is required once we have filed the damaged package claim.

Lost Packages:
If an order is lost in transit by UPS or USPS (insured packages) we will have to file a lost package tracer with the carrier. Lost package tracers can take between 7-10 business days to be completed. The carrier will contact the consignee regarding the missing shipment during the investigation. Lost package tracers can result in the package being located or not, in which case we will be reimbursed for the cost of the item + shipping. At this point, we will issue a credit. Items shipped without declared value can only be credited up to $100. To file a lost package tracer please send an email to CustomerService@PetStoresUSA.com with the information outlined below.

eGift Card -  Privacy Policy 

Pets Market Store recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided to us and to our clients through the use of our services and related websites (the “Sites”). We created the following policy guidelines with a fundamental respect for your right to privacy to guide our relationship with our users and consumers (collectively or individually, “Consumers”) who use any of the websites, services, or applications owned or provided by Pets Market Store, 

 

The Information Pets Market Store Collects

Pets Market Store may collect information before or after you purchase an eGift Card, if you contact Customer Support, or to fulfill your requests to participate in certain offers and promotions.

 

  • Consumer Provided Information: When you visit petsmarketstore.com, you may provide to Pets Market Store what is generally called “personally identifiable” information (such as your name, email address, postal mailing address, and home/mobile telephone number, etc.) as well as credit card information if you purchase an eGift Card from or otherwise participate in services offered on the Sites. In addition, you may have the option of providing us with certain demographic information about yourself (such as age, gender, zip code, and state).
  • “Cookies” Information: When you visit the Sites, we may send one or more cookies (a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters) to your computer. Pets Market Store uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to petsmarketstore.com These persistent cookies can be removed, but each web browser is a little different. So, please review your browser's “Help” file to learn the correct way to modify your cookies setup. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.
  • “Automatically Collected” Information: When you use the Sites or open one of our HTML emails, we automatically record certain data, including “clear gifs” or “web beacons,” cookies (discussed above), IP addresses, unique “device IDs” (similar to IP addresses), and log files. “Automatically collected” data includes viewing and redemption activity, web browser type, the website that referred you to us, the web pages you viewed on the Sites, and the dates and times that you visited the Sites.
  • Client Provided Information: When Pets Market Store manages eGift Card promotions, a unique identifier is shared with Pets Market Store in order to process the eGift Card generation, delivery and redemption activity. 

 

Pets Market Store may also receive additional information from Facebook or other applications. You should review the privacy practices and settings of Facebook and other applications to understand the ways they will be using your data.

 

The Way Pets Market Store Uses Information

 

Pets Market Store uses the information that we collect to:

 

  1. operate, maintain, and provide to you all of the eGift Card services and promotional offerings found on the Pets Market Store site;
  2. notify you of major service updates or for customer service purposes; process and record eGift Card printing and redemption activity and monitor usage trends and preferences;
  3. improve the way the transactions work and look and create new features and functionality;
  4. monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and improve our marketing and promotional efforts; and
  5. occasionally send you other information about Pets Market Store its clients, affiliates and business partners and their products and services. You may at any time choose to 'opt-in' or unsubscribe to this information.

 

Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy

 

We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our homepage. In general, we only use your personal information in the manner described in the Privacy Policy in effect when we received that personal information. eGift Card Terms of Use

Your use of a Pets Market Store eGift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms:

  • You may redeem a Pets Market Store eGift Card only if you live in the United States, U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any other area where petsmarketstore.com ships product or has a physical location.
  • A Pets Market Store eGift Card may be applied toward the purchase of any items at Pets Market Store, Unleashed, or online at petsmarketstore.com or unleashed by petsmarketstore.com excluding donations, back-ordered items, or the purchase of another eGift Card or physical Gift Card.
  • Value of a Pets Market Store eGift Card is applied to the total purchase, including shipping and tax. eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where redeemable by law.
  • Any unused balance will remain on your Pets Market Store eGift Card for future use.
  • If your order or purchase exceeds the amount of the Pets Market Store eGift Card(s), you must pay the balance with another form of payment.
